Are dogs allowed? Yes, this park is dog-friendly
Is there admission? No, the event is open to the public
Do we need to bring chairs? No, we provide plenty of chairs. We also offer seating under the large festival beer tent. You are welcome to bring your own should you prefer.
Where is parking? The Palm Avenue Parking Garage is a 3-minute walk (.04 mi) and the address is 1289 N. Palm Ave. Sarasota 34236. Downtown offers thousands of on-street parking options that provide you with at least 2 hours of free parking! Parkmobile is the Payment App for downtown parking meters.

Venice Beach Party
Venice Public Beach, 101 The Esplanade South, Venice, FL 34285
Join us at Venice Beach for the 2022 Venice Beach Party and enjoy food and drink trucks from BrewBurgers, British Open Pub, Kona Ice, Papa’s Pilar Rum Bar, Pop’s Sunset Grill, and Sharky’s Snack Shack. Beer and wine will be available. Dance in the sand to live music by Sarasota Steel Pan Band at 3 pm and Karate in the Garage at 6 pm. Park downtown and ride the free trolley from Centennial Park. Chairs and blankets are welcome. No coolers and no pets, please. Rain or shine!

ADOPT-A-PALOOZA
Bradenton Area Convention Center, 1 Haben Blvd Palmetto, FL 34221
Adopt-A-Palooza is returning! The 6th Annual Adopt-A-Palooza will be held, Saturday, May 21 at the Bradenton Area Convention Center from 11-4. Admission and parking are FREE. Join us for the largest one-day adoption and expo-style event in Manatee County. Featuring over 100 adoptable pets from Manatee County Animal Services, local shelters, and animal rescues – all under one roof! For pets from MCAS, all adoption fees will be waived in lieu of a donation made to the Friends of Manatee County Animal Services, the co-presenter of the event. In addition to a pet marketplace and expo, Adopt-A-Palooza will host a free pet vaccine and microchip clinic. Pet owners with dogs and cats in need of vaccinations and/or microchips can bring their pets to the event to receive them at no charge. Join us in the Beer Garden from 10-2 pm for a relaxing weekend brunch.
