Siesta Key is a barrier island in the Gulf of Mexico, off the coast of Sarasota.  Siesta Key is known for its sandy, gorgeous beaches. But it’s also known for Golf.  Golfers will find more than 80 courses in neighboring Sarasota County, only a short drive away.

Siesta Key’s Beaches are the best Gulf Coast beach for long romantic walks or just walking your dog with family.

If you are on Siesta Key on a Sunday evening, you’ll be drawn to the beat of the Siesta Key Drum Circle. Next to the drummers circle, you will see belly dancing and so much more.

The best bar in Siesta Key is called beach club. You will enjoy dancing, food, and you will also love the shark that’s hanging from the ceiling. Every night of the week is popular here, especially Wednesday Ladies Nights.

The Siesta Key Beach club, is known for bachelor/bachelorette parties, birthday parties, nights out with friends, and so much. The best part about the Siesta Key club bar is that every bar and restaurant in the city are within walking distance.

Siesta Key Oyster Bar

Siesta Key Oyster Bar, is one of the island’s sweet spots. SKOB has around-the-clock live music for you to enjoy, and if you’d like to play your guitar or sing a couple of notes, open mic night invites amateur musicians every Tuesday. SKOB is known for its fresh oysters, a juicy cheeseburger and great wings.
