It’s time for watermelon and a family picnic this holiday Labor Day Weekend In Sarasota, right? As you know, I’m a lifetime resident, born and raised, in Sarasota, and I just love our beautiful city. I love spending holiday weekends at the local farmer’s markets, supporting other local businesses, and spending time with my family and friends!
If you’re not familiar with Sarasota, people who live here often say it is like living in paradise. The population here continues to grow, as more people are drawn to this fabulous area of sunny weather and great outdoor activities. There is a great job market here, especially for those people working in tourism, small businesses, and healthcare. Travel is easy, as Sarasota has its own international airport, and is only about an hour away from Tampa International Airport, as well as Ft. The street is lined with food vendors, beer trucks, and sponsor booths, as well as rides and activities for the kids. Proceeds from the event will benefit a local non-profit organization.
Frequency M will fill the air with cool tunes that people usually don’t play but everyone knows and loves, along with a deejay that will keep you dancing with today’s top 100 hits! This month’s event will benefit the Birds of Paradise Sanctuary.
